Muhammad Haque daily world ethical commentary at 0900 GMT 1 April 2008 asks

What is the difference between the lies that the BBC are accusing any number of far way regime of perpetrating in ‘their own countries’ sand ‘against heir own people’ and the leis hat the BBC has been telling for Gordon Brown, Bechtel et al over Crossrail hole agenda ?

Crossrail and Ken Livingstone are BOTH out of date and need scrapping, not backing....

Ken Livingstone came across [on the TV news bulletins on Friday 28 March 2008] as defensive, detached and just returned to earth from Mars.....

How is it that someone so defensive, detached and plainly unaware of the surroundings in …And could be even theoretically treated as a possible let alone be given the actual charge of the multi£Billion Billion public cash project Crossrail?

ALL MPs in the British Parliament are acting as sleaze balls as they let Speaker Martin carry on with his own brand of misuse of position...for the MPs

Khoodeelaar! the constitutional law campaign against the Crossrail hole plot .....comments, in context,  on the Daily Mail columnist 'Peter Oborne on Politics and Power'  making the remark [paragraph 7 at page 25, the Daily Mail , London, Saturday 29 March 2008] that Gordon Brown is ‘complicit in this degradation of Parliament’. The ‘degradation of Parliament’ is a remarkable phrase to be found in any ‘mainstream’ British newspaper. Especially so in the [widely known] Gordon Brown-backing Daily Mail . What is the remark linked with? It is to do with the political liability and the ethic al embarrassment that Michael Martins, the current speaker in the House of  Commons, has caused. And is causing.

In the piece headlined  ‘Has no one got the guts to ditch the Speaker’, Peter Oborne says that seven years earlier Gordon Brown had frustrated the election of Menzies Campbell as speaker of the House of  commons by encouraging his [Gordon Brown’s ] supporters to back ‘fellow Scot Martin’.

What is Oborne saying there?  He is not very alert there. For a start, ALL the MPs he names are SCOTTISH. Including Blair. And Menzies Campbell is no less a Scot than "Gorbals" Martin, as Oborne's fellow Daily Mail 'writer' Quentin Lettes ['parliamentary' correspondent] prefers to refer to Michael Martin as.

Oborne is also inaccurate to let off the main body of MPs who are, regardless of alleged party political and alleged differences. ALL very into making as much cash for themselves and getting as much other events whilst still MPs as they can do... What he is saying in his column in the Daily Mail today  is not new nor is it original. What he ought to have been saying and what he will never say, so long as he is a career journalist [and as the broadcasting outfits hiring his services would prefer to describe him as ‘ writer and journalist’ or ‘’broadcaster and writer’ or writer and broadcaster’], is that ALL the MPS in the present House of Commons are complicit in effect in the degradation of the present British Parliament. This applies of course more acutely to Brown as he is the Prime Minister. And to Cameron as he is the official opposition leader. But the complicity in the degradation of Parliament extends to and covers all the MPs.... This is why they do not show their opposition to the particular degrading conduct of Michael Martin... Indeed, it is all those MPs whose abuse of their abusing positions and conduct as MPs Martin has been protecting in his widely condemned [outside of Parliament] activities including in his reported expenditure of £100,000 of the peoples’ money in shielding the MPs theft of cash under various excuses.....So if Gordon Brown and David Cameron are complicit in the degradation of parliament then the degradation must indeed not be in need of any complicity at all... It is already degraded... By each and every single one of the complicit MPs....... [To be continued]
